50th Anniversary Dundrum Methodist Church Sunday, 3rd September, 2023

On 2nd September 1973 a group of Christian people met at 11am in the Myles Hall in Wesley College led by Rev. Brian Griffith. It was the first meeting of Dundrum Methodist Church. After a few weeks in the school, they found a new temporary home in Taney Hall and began planning to build the premises on its present site. The new building was opened in 1978 and continues to operate as a place of worship and centre of mission.

We will commemorate the 50th Anniversary of that meeting at the start of a new church year and celebrate what God continues to do and promises to do in the years ahead.
There will be a single service at 10.30am followed by coffee and cake. Details to follow.

There will be one service indoors at 10:30am followed by coffee.

Emma Fawcett and the Summer Club Team will lead an All Age service celebrating the Summer Club that met this week.
Emma will speak from Matthew 4 – the calling of the first disciples.

Please invite friends, especially those with Children.
